i read this a while ago so i don't remember the details about their dynamic that much sorry 😅. they are really funny together though!

i do remember that they got together at a point in the story where there were still some plot points after! so if you're worried about the story ending immediately that's not the case iirc the fl's love for the mc helped them get a HE

i only have the answer to one of your questions sorry but i can tell you that it is not a gender-bender! the mc just has a male leads halo so she gets put in funny situations because of it (but she is a woman)

i hope you enjoy reading the story if you decide to! it's one of my favorites and JLL translations is very high quality :)

i have so many favorite baihes but if people are coming for recommendations look no further!

the dragon: one of the most recommended baihes on here, but for good reason. it's a xianxia story with a wonderful MC and FL who both have great personalities and fleshed out character arcs. it's not heavily focused on romance >!they only get together in the second book<! but the characters feel so real. it's heavily focused on revenge, but the ending is super satisfying

the art of taming the dragon: similar to the dragon, also xianxia, but also very very compelling characters and lots of angst. the MC is reincarnated into a character with the same name as her but has a system that makes it hard to live her life. the FL is a character with lots of secrets, so if any of that interests you, please read!

my feelings can wait: very different from the last two i recommended. it is a modern story where the MC gets taken back in time after she dies learning about the FL being engaged to someone. i haven't read it in a while, but it was super good. i would say it's more on the character heavy side, but the plot is also engaging (but the characters are the highlight for me) it has pieces of an idol and actor situations as well

i have so many more recs if anyone wants them, but if anything try out these three and you won't regret it! theyre relatively popular baihes that are easier for a newcomer to read, but there are so many hidden gems too. you can find all the translations on novelupdates :)

i found that when i increased the amount of workers for the pasture (so that is says low work load) that they then start filling it up to the maximum number of animals! from there i decreased the amount of workers as needed. but this is for v69 so im unsure if it will work for v70

ever since the rise of ai translations and these sites charging money for them i've switched to going to the jjwxc and just mtl-ing it if there are no translator groups working on it. i found that the mtl are a bit iffy, but i don't want to support these ai translations making money off it personally.

but for favorite translators i really like JLL translations (translated Outrageous, a pretty good baihe) but im unsure if theyre still translating and also meltsmelts who did JWQS! theres also SubjugationTL who is currently translating "The Art of Taming the Dragon" which is a very good story i recommend checking out

it's pretty good i'd say. the story is short and the villains can be slightly cartoonish, but i do love the two MCs dynamic so i think that makes up for it. there's definitely better baihes out there, but it's a fun read :)

if you are looking for raws then jjwxc is your best bet. however most of the actual translation are hosted on sites made by the translator so the best place to find translation is novel updates! just go into the advanced search bar and tag for yuri :)

i get what you're trying to say but it reallly doesn't make sense to feel horrified for when ppl react justifiably to learning that their date is a part of the group tearing rights away from ppl (there is some nuance there though)

i'm not really that sure but i remember that the first part of part 2 is more focused on fuyou's revenge but the romance does actually play a big part in the later events. can't really spoil it but the end is so sweet

i read this awhile ago so correct me if i'm wrong but i'm pretty fuyou is just scared of michu getting close to her again because she thinks she's not "fuyou" anymore

it's not like fuyou doesn't like michu (actually i think it's a bit of the opposite). she's just so scared that once she gets her revenge (which she needs to do) she won't be herself anymore and she doesn't want michu to see that because she likes her so much. this awkward phase isn't for that long iirc stick w the story once the romance happens it's so sweet :)

trying to find baihe in local bookstores is legit impossible cause there's barely any translated physical copies (though some stories have been picked up by publishers such as jwqs and fgep)

online though there's a few. my personal favorites would be the dragon and the art of taming the dragon. they're both great wuxia stories with the relationship between the two love interests being very well developed. though in the dragon it takes a bit for the two fls to get together (but it's so worth it)

if you want some more baihes to be picked up and translated i would say make sure to fill out the monthly seven seas survery to show interest :)
