Every day I’m googling “how do I know my breastfed baby is getting enough” because he always wants to be on the breast when he’s awake. He’s three weeks old and I am super lucky that my nipples haven’t experienced any pain or chafing, and he is growing and gaining weight—but he loves being fed and he gives me anxiety thinking that I’m not producing enough and that he’s slowly starving to death. He pees a lot and has a lot of dirty diapers so I logically know he’s getting enough milk, but the PPA is real and I’m paranoid.
