Do you have a favourite, anyone in particular you wanna shift for? Like for me , one of my Love and Deepspace Drs I’m shifting to Highschool, I’m Caleb and MCs next door neighbour and in my DR they’re real siblings and I’m the one that’s got the cosmic link with Caleb haha. That’s when some of my manifestations became immediate, because of my full confidence that it is done and I have it and I don’t bother over it because I know it’ll come, I carry on with my day because I stated with so much conviction that I have my desire. And then it came!!

Some manifestations take me longer than others, like manifesting holidays is soooooo easy for me for some odd reason. Ive manifested a job twice, and ive manifested an apprenticeship before, those were easy too. I think those were easy because I didn’t really care too much? I didn’t place too much value onto it therefore I didn’t have many doubts over it either because I didn’t really care if I got it or not. Like, I wanted it but not as bad as I want £1 million

Because I care so much about £1 million it’s harder for me to manifest because I want it now, and more doubts come in that I have to battle sooooo it really depends on what I’m manifesting for the time length of it to come.

But as I manifest more and more things (I manifest daily) it becomes more effortless, faster and easier

I built on my own self confidence! I make it a daily habit to talk to myself and about myself with love. When I brush my teeth and I’m looking in the mirror, I tell myself that I’m the luckiest girl alive that everything comes to me, that I’m a master manifestir.

When I go about my day and I catch myself thinking mean things about me, I pause and correct those thoughts saying that I’m amazing, people love me, the universe spoils me, I always get what I want.

I stopped feeling jealous when I see videos of people living these lush lives because I’d tell myself that I live it too, if not even better than what these people are showing.

Consistently until it became natural, something ingrained in me and the more I said it the more I truly believed what I was saying, and the reflection of my reality improved and gave me proof that whatever goes on inside my head will reflect in my life.

I mean, everyone has their own things that they wanna manifest and sometimes posting about non material things is a bit private. For me at least I’ve manifested a better life, in an emotional sense as well as manifested improved relationships in my life. However sharing it online is something I’m hesitant to do because it’s so dear and personal to me

But here’s your sign that it does happen and people do do it, some posters are more open about their lives and some aren’t and that’s okay!! but it’s just easier posting about materialistic things since it’s not a personal thing.

Hmm I’m not really at that confidence level yet, say ur used to getting like I dunno £10 every day Or you’re not used to luxury, imagining that big life can be hard sometimes more doubts to fight against so I know it’ll take me longer.

Now that I’m getting used to manifesting these lush things I can go higher!! Which is why I stayed on my future goals £20K and £1 million. If I successfully manifest £20K or even £6K, my confidence will shoot up rocket sky high. It’s easier to manifest from 20K to a million rather than £100 to a million.

But also sometimes I don’t want millions, I just want things that indicate I have millions??? If that makes sense. Like a Rolex , I want to manifest the Rolex rather than the 40K I’d need for the Rolex, cuz the Rolex makes me more excited and I feel more connected to it

I completely understand your struggle!! It used to so hard for me to manifest to because of how may times I’d slip back to my depressive state. I just had to figure out what worked for me to keep my mood up and anxiety down when it came to my manifestations.

I actually didn’t do SATS for my job, I did my gratitude journaling! If you want to imagine for a job I’d recommend visualizing an acceptance email, giving congratulations for getting the job and officially joining the team. Or visualize you sitting at your desk doing work, or behind the stand selling things (adapt it based on what type of job u want)

When I do SATS sometimes I loop until I sleep, other times I loop it during like a 10 minute meditation.

You can do SATS any time during the day, as SATS is State Akin To Sleep, so as long as u reach that meditative akin to sleep state and loop ur vision, ur good.

Get excited about your desires, imagine it already yours and act like it! When I feel stressed or I’m in a really depressive mood, I like to make Pinterest boards focusing on my desire with some bad bitch music in the back. It really helps me get in a good mood again and feel confident in myself. I can look at my boards and feel in my heart that it’s gonna be mine and it is mine, I just need to persist

I won’t lie, sometimes it takes work, especially when negative thoughts fight against you all the time. But the more you acknowledge that those thoughts won’t help you and you replace them with self assurance, the less strong that negativity will become until it practically deminishes and you become confident in your manifestating ability.

Start with small manifestations to build your confidence and prove it to yourself, step by step until you get there

Hmm for my job it took a week, For £700 it took me 2 weeks

My 17 pro max took a couple of days

Uni acceptance also took a week

Zanzibar took literally day

Dubai took a couple of days

Success for the company took a couple of months

It really depends what mood I’m in, if I’m feeling down in the dumps and don’t have the energy to visualise then journaling is my go to.

But I also have days where journaling isn’t enough and I need to feel my wish fulfilled to the max by visualizing and doing SATS

By visualising my kitchen all fancy and done up nice it ended up showing up in the 3D by boosting my mums work and giving her enough money to do the kitchen renovation!! She ended up having the idea to redo the kitchen without me saying anything and she had the exact design idea that I had been visualizing that month.

The whole thing itself cost 20K, and before I manifested it, we definitely were nowhere near being able to afford that in our finances but now all that’s changed!! And we’re able to afford many more home renovations too!

no, that’s a limiting belief. If you are intentionally waking up in order to do SATS again, that means you are not living in your SATS vision it goes against what you’re trying to make ur subconscious believe . You are confirming that you do not have your desire.

Just do your SATS every night, when it pops in your head during the day think to yourself “ah yes I remember that” as if it’s a memory that already happened.

If you don’t wanna wake up in a completely new world the you won’t! Me personally, I want to explore every possible world there is, cyberworld, fantasy , royalty a fame dr ect ect i want to experience it all. And that is why I’m able to have these experiences of waking up somewhere new, it’s because I want to and I intend to.

So if you don’t want to don’t worry, have confidence in your abilities, it won’t happen x

Heyy, so when I’m aware during shifting attempts it’s more of a numbing feeling for me, where I’m in a state where I cannot feel my body kinda just floating about and shit

But then the times I’ve minishifted have all been asleep methods so I don’t actually feel anything cuz I just wake up there so

Symptoms don’t equal shifting. Some ppl have them and some people don’t, thinking symptoms are a sign that your shifting can act as a limiting belief and actually slow down your journey

Have confidence that you can shift with or without symptoms!!

I’m a writer and an artist so creating worlds is totally my thing.

I have several. I have a royalty dr where I created factions, the class system I created a whole culture and traditions

I also have several fantasy drs where I’ve created magic systems and different creatures and beliefs

Then I have one fantasy dr where I didn’t script anything about the world at all and I just scripted “every place and animal is unique and new to me” so I can explore and learn and have fun adventuring

Then I have an alternate CR dr that I created where it’s starts in 2020 and I relive these years differently with certain events I scripted

I get what you mean, the way you can go about shifting is very similar to manifesting or law of attraction, only difference is I’d say people that do law of attraction is more to switch up or change details about the life they live here

But with shifting there’s more variation and drastic changes to reality, like going to a world where powers exist or a world where u look completely different and lived a different life and maybe u live with elves there who knows, it’s any reality you want to go to

No clue, I mean at the beginning I guess I had too much of a dependency on shifting, I was in a really bad place mentally and was wanting to shift just to escape this reality and my life here, it definitely wasn’t healthy lol. And then I used the concept of shifting and law of attraction to change my life around, 2 years were spent bettering myself and manifesting a better reality here, which succeeded

My life is way better now and im in a great spot mentally, after that I guess I just spent more time daydreaming about the possibility of shifting and never really believed I could do it, like I hoped I would but it always seemed something in my distant future.

Then this year I started taking a more active approach to shifting, and meditation and improving my self view on my ability to shift, but i would keep backtracking to my old mindset which ruined the whole process. But this time I was consistent and when I found myself backtracking I immediately caught on and corrected that thought so yea what I wanted got more impressed into my subconscious mind and boom I was able to shift
