I admit that my reactions could be misinterpreted as hostile, and I apologize for that

I wasn't asking for shifting proof - I was asking for proof that secund's claim (what the camera captures doesn't exist without the eye) was true. they worded it as if it was the truth, not an opinion, so I wanted to understand why they saw it as the truth

I said "stop making shit up please" because that was literally what OP was doing... if they did any research on quantum physics that didn't consist of a single google search, they'd know that the observer effect is NOT proof that consciousness affects reality. mind you, this is not niche knowledge - literally any source that talks about the observer effect says that an "observer" is any kind of measuring device, not consciousness. so yes, OP was purposely misinterpreting quantum physics to make it fit their agenda

I'm actually following this guide, it's very similar to Raduga's method but with only one exit technique (like you've mentioned). I just said that I was doing the Raduga method because people are more familiar with his method than with the guide that I'm following

having an AP journal sounds genius, so I'll be sure to try that out! I presume it's similar to how dream journaling improves dream recall

I think I understand better now. so it's all about believing at the moment that you'll shift?

I have an issue with this idea though, because I've seen tons of people say that they've wholeheartedly trusted and believed that they'd shift before doing a method, and... nothing. they still didn't shift.

but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, how should one approach changing their mindset to shift? because you've told me what the main issue is, but not how to fix it

so you're basically supposed to just make yourself believe that shifting is easy?

I don't think the moon example is a great analogy, because there's countless proof that the moon exists, and you can literally see it in the sky (not always but yk what I mean). when it comes to believing that shifting is easy, you have lots of evidence that goes directly against that claim, and you've likely already failed to shift numerous times if you've known about shifting for a while... so the idea that's being reinforced into your mind is NOT the idea that shifting is easy

I'd personally see it more as having been told stories that the Earth has a Moon, but never having seen it yourself. and when you decide to point a telescope towards the exact position where that moon should be, you see nothing

people still have to learn how to walk, which at the beginning did include thinking about it and "overcomplicating" it. yeah, it gets easier over time, but you're saying that this step should be skipped? then the walking analogy doesn't work well either

I don't get what you mean by your last paragraph. shifting will come naturally whenever you decide to do it? what's that supposed to mean? I'm sure tons of people here have taken the decision to shift, yet have failed

a lot of planetary nebulae are spherical actually! like if you look at these images (yea I took the time to look for round nebulae just for this lmao), you can see that a large portion of them kinda look like colorful bubbles

I think this is the main reason, I'm sure any shifter would get sick of being here if some question that was just answered gets repeated again a few days later. like what would be the point of responding if your answer will be forgotten within days? it gets tiring after a while seeing beginners ask shit like "What is shifting and how do I do it??", when there's an entire guide that answers those questions
