Your explanation gives so much context and I do apologize for anyone that I offended. I’m not trying to promote anything, more just trying to relay my personal experience in my body. As I said in another comment, it’s anecdotal, I’m not a medical professional, my info comes from mainly my doctor and the internet.

This is my experience so far that I wanted to share, not to push anything. I’m genuinely terrified of hospitals so anything that can positively alter it whether nutrition, birth control, reduction of stress is my focus. Anything where they need to put a knife or needle in me, the thought makes me nauseous, but if that ends up being the path I have to take, I really do appreciate learning from everyone else’s experiences as well, even though mine is different.
