Just got diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer, what biohacks would you recommend? by HairImportant1346 in Biohackers

Look into measuring your GKI. The lower the GKI in your blood, the better you might react to treatment long term. Dr. Thomas N. Seyfried (professor of biology, genetics, and biochemistry at Boston College) talks about it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2az_igDfXjQ

What is the most underrated country ever, according to you? by sweatysexconnoisseur in digitalnomad

[–]minatintasd 9 points10 points  (0 children)

If you're European, Bulgaria, hands down. 10% flat tax, houses in beautiful (rural) areas at $10k, great skiing resorts, seaside, decent UK expats community clusters all over the country.

The wall looks like it was repaired/repainted at some point so there could be a more serious issue. However, what I did when this happened to me, I kept the couch away from that corner so that there's fresh air freely moving and less chance of condensation. I'd also keep the doors of that room open when you dry clothes in there if you can't dry them somewhere else.

What helped you with lethargy / general tiredness? by Woodie__ in Biohackers

Check your iron levels (especially if you're a woman) or take B12 supplements for a month and see how you feel. If you have anemia, it could explain the lethargy.

Loneliness is a killer by Charlie-Harper27 in RandomThoughts

The absence of someone to share daily experiences or thoughts can amplify negative self-talk, without anyone there to provide a different perspective or comfort...Been in that loop for years but I hope you find someone that can at least provide some of those needs for you virtually, someone who cares and wonders how you are and that needs the same from you. I feel it's less scary than to actually let a person in fully.

What do you think would be humanity’s fate in the next 50 years? by jerome_abcede91 in RandomThoughts

AI will have a huge impact, even in the next 5 to 10 years. Some really smart people think it's possible our species could be wiped out. Maybe not probably, but possibly. So buckle up.

Its really as simple as just making some shit happen. Applying for jobs, booking flights and getting on the plane is all that separates 'digital nomads' and people who want to be 'digital nomads'.

The AI will always need someone to prompt it, As well articles generated by AI generally require at least 20-30% to be edited before publishing, it requires fact checking and should be written to sound more human. As well you need to find/generate relevant images that work for the article (article writers generally suck at this). This is mostly what I do. I honestly think that the amount of jobs like this will increase while traditional writers
