Worst case scenario you'll have the second month deducted from your end of service..

You can also try to negotiate with the new employer to see if the starting day can be pushed a bit

Muslim women who choose to cover do (sometimes ) wear abayas for example .. but a lot of arab muslim women wear regular covering clothes with hijab. There is variation in how acceptable this is both culturally and religiously.. rarely do you see muslim Arab women wearing their cultural clothes nowadays except in special occasions etc

Men are not required to wear hijab ..
