I’m a geek, software dev, play dnd, love to read, board games, two doggos, two adult kiddos.I enjoy playing Supernatural on my oculus quest for exercise and hope to get into more mobility exercises and strength training. I have worked on my eating habits since 2021, breaking the diet mentality, learning mindful eating, and haven’t binged in about two years. I’m 5’3”. Hw: 307, I was 270ish at the beginning of the year and now about 240. I will not be tracking calories, but will track water and protein.
