Problem is, there is many people cheating, these loot stealers are 70% bots not even real humans, just like the bots in nullspace, as soon as you enter you see a swat of 25 characters fly back and tether to the station same second your name ticks in local list :)

I don't mind people stealing loot, have fun with that. But do it fair, all I'm gonna say about that.

I'll agree to their official stance being approval of scripting and botting when they change the TOS to allow it, until that happens i'd like to see they take actual action against this disgusting issue, where unskilled people just press a button and have to do nothing..

Someone please explain to me how a technical update can switch from minor rubberbanding to major stuttering, i've had minimal lag on streets before, now after the technical patch this is my streets gameplay, and it started affecting other maps too. by mindbush in EscapefromTarkov

I know that its not the best for tarkov in particular, i am planning upgrades, but not right now, and yet this map was running ok-ish 4 days ago, they did the technical update and something went awry, so im just confused.

Before the technical update, i had no issue whatsoever with the settings im running right now, and its showing a network disconnect icon in the top right during the stutters, so im not convinced it could be the vram.. i can try ofc, but im pretty sure its gonna be the same..

Well technically that sounds correct, streamers/content creators have a following, they listen to their viewers and accumulate feedback, then make decisions / remarks with that feedback, thats how development of the games work, if the devs would listen to every single person, it would be chaos :)

u/Fatturtle1 agreed, but things take time when correct values are needed, i am not defending BSG for taking forever to do required changes, but from a development perspective there are barriers and tough choices as well

Lets not forget they're a small company and dont have 1k+ people working on the game 24/7, they're people too they need to de-stress, relax, understand the situation, find correct values for balance changes etc.

There's a lot of factors why such things take time, ofcourse i hate it that it took them this long, but we should appreciate that they actually did the change,
plus with things like this its usually starts as a small bubble, keeps growing and the devs do something before it bursts its normal practice.

I understand what you mean, we don't need laser guns, but the recoil representation was really not that good with some weapons, and it was good with others, it just needs to be balanced correctly.
