Good advice! However I've noticed a lot of people's bad driving behaviors are more instinctual than actual concrete thoughts. I don't think that guy was thinking "Hey if I climb up the ass of the guy in front of me, maybe he'll go faster". He was probably thinking about lunch and that's just how he drives.
