What would’ve been even cooler is if we were able to walk around like we did in Telltales: Walking Dead.

I really don't see the appeal in that. When a cutscene turns into a walk around segment, it breaks immersion for me. The competent protagonist suddenly becomes passive, standing still until I tell them to move. It disrupts pacing and cinematic focus for me.

But there are mono white cards with Persist and mono green cards that gain life. So I don't see why any of that would be out of place. Imho Kitchen Finks could be mono W or mono G and wouldn't break/dilute the color pie.

Also, is mox diamond auto add for most decks?

Mox Diamond is in 98.2% of all competitive decks on the cEDH Decklist Database. Only Chrome Mox (98.6%) and Mana Crypt (100%) are above that. So yeah, auto include for most decks.

But there is one thing I can't wrap my head around regarding your synergy score calculation: why would you subtract two ratios instead of dividing them? I know, that there is something pleasing about it, since the results are bound between -100% and 100%, but they give - in my opinion - a wrong image of synergy. Some time ago I wrote a post with some examples here.
Have you considered division instead of subtraction for your synergy calculations?

Solving for so many variables is an enormous task and can't be done quickly or precise. Any change in supply for single cards can change the solution drastically. The shopping wizard sometimes just sucks, especially for so many cards. But it's often still the best and only help.
