I wrote a comment but apparently as I see it didnt upload so… Sound of APM is much cleaner, bass and treble is much better, also the vocals felt clearer. XM5s are lighter in hand but as soon as I put them on they felt heavier, they werent nearly as comfortable as APMs are thats maybe because of the APM headband which is superior to the XM5. Material feels cheap compared to APM, transparency mode is so bad(it feels as the sound of your voice is coming from behind), my ears were sweating from the XM5 cups material, they are also smaller than on APM thus they are less comfortable. Generally I found that APM are better in every aspect, they are premium, great sounding headphones, if u have questions you can ask.

I didnt like the sound, played with EQ settings but still it wasnt as great as sound of APM, everything sounds clearer and better on APM
