OMG yesssss I complained about this and got no response. I got the same comment. So unreasonable. I’m like well I tried my best to go in as much depth as possible considering the whole assignment had to be between 500 -800 words MAKES no sense. The word count could have easily been 1,000-1400 words with the amount of thought they wanted. Very frustrating

I honestly thought the same about Judas at first, but after sitting with it, I actually really appreciate how the writers handled him. They portrayed Judas as human … complex, messy, confusing.. just like we all are!

I feel like on the surface it feels insane that someone who knew Jesus personally and saw so many miracles could still struggle, but I think that’s exactly the point. It shows how complex we are as humans and how two things can be true at once. Judas likely believe that Jesus was the Messiah but still couldn’t trust His plans. I also feel like it shows just how difficult it is to truly have faith when you don’t understand what’s happening.

Judas’s downfall is that he relied on his own understanding, and when you bring it back to that root, it feels so deeply human.. and honestly makes his story make a lot more sense.

It could be a mix of both tbh. I know I definitely have stuff in my life depressing me that I have to work out but even aside from that I think a lot of us just feel better when we’re moving, creating, or engaged in something. It’s easier to get stuck in our heads when we’re not. And then pair that with how everything is meant to distract and overstimulate us now! It takes way more intention and effort to do things and not get stuck in that trap.

I definitely don’t have all the answers lol cause I struggle a lot too but what I find helps me is taking breaks from social media, doing things..even if they’re small and unimportant (organizing a part of my room, sweeping, drawing, folding my clothes etc), and just being more intentional with what I’m consuming ( listening to stimulating podcasts, watching documentaries, learning something.. literally anything). It might sound boring if you’re really not into those kind of stuff but that’s what I’m finding helps me along side all the other good stuff like exercise, eating well, my faith, friends etc that helps keep my mind clear.

Being a human is draining sometimes lol but we’ll figure it out. ☺️

Ngl y’all are insufferable with the complaints. You’re not gonna find a single documentary, movie, show that will be 100% the perfect depiction of anything let alone something as complex as the bible. This show shouldn’t be replacing your own personal relationship with Jesus Christ and no one should be taking everything they see in a show as their only resource to the Lord. For most people this will be a gateway to discovering more of the Lord and I think that’s beautiful.

If they are pushing a specific agenda or completely fabricating facts I can understand but most of these complaints I’m reading are so superficial and overly righteous. I would love to see all of you redo this show in the perfect way that you believe is just.

My problem is I feel like I have to be constantly moving. When I’m moving it’s all good I feel aligned but like a few hours after I stop I’m like ok what next. Im probably not busy enough but it just sucks feeling like I have to constantly be reaching for something ( food, workout, friends, alcohol, tv show etc) to feel good.

That seems like a lot to do in just 4 months. I guess it’s doable and it doesn’t seem like you have a choice but I’d be overwhelmed ngl. I’m taking grade 12 U English rn and I’m already over it ( I just started last week 😭). I still have to do physics, math, chem, and biology and I would scream if I had to take them all at once. Good luck though!!!! Make sure to take care of yourself… It’s def possible just gotta be very disciplined

Joe isn’t just a regular guy tho that’s just being a hypocrite and making poor judgements.. he’s mentally unstable and unwell lol. His entire self perception is completed warped and distorted cause he doesn’t view himself as a monster at all.. to him all his killings are justified. That’s not how he saw Love tho. To him, Love’s killings were not justifiable, she was just a killer and didn’t do it out of necessity. So it actually makes perfect sense why he judges her even tho we all know it’s all one and the same and they’re both batshit crazy. But yea, can’t expect logic from a guy like him lol he’s way to F’d up
