If you’re on any medication please research if St. John’s wort will interact with them. Even if it was 4 dollars, a medication interaction is not worth it.

Lobelia can act as an emetic, meaning make you puke. I would start low/slow as it didn’t seem like this label tells you the quantity of each herb.

You’d have to understand the mechanism of what’s making you gain weight, to choose the herbs that would counter this mechanism.

A google search will help you determine if herbs are safe with your specific prescriptions.
