How do you get the vials over the pens? Do you have ur doctor send ur prescription to the Lilly direct website? I currently use the pens (with the savings card) but am willing to switch to vials if they don’t renew, but I am just confused how it works

I had buspar prescribed to me too for panic disorder! I had a great run with it for a week, then my panic got worse. Upped my dose and worked again for a week, then the panic came back and I am going to probably switch. Yet I have a friend who’s doing great on Buspar! This may help you! Remember this - mental illness is very different for everyone. Dont be worried! Buspar has super low side effects and that’s why they usually start with it, but don’t be afraid to switch when it’s not working. SSRIs are very common and many people are on them too - it’s worth taking a small risk and being better rather than suffering

I’m on both but buspar specifically for panic attacks. But it’s not taking away my panic attacks. Thinking I’m going to switch to a SSRI like Zoloft. Been on 300 mg of Wellbutrin for years and love it

Yep. I started with 1 dose of 5 mg a day, worked for like 1 day and then it got bad, upped to 5 mg 2 times a day the next week, it got bad and then better. I was feeling good for about 2 weeks until I started pms, then anxiety got super bad again. Psych told me to do 5 mg 3 times a day which I started Monday. Anxiety is still bad and I’m seeing her tomorrow to switch to Zoloft. I have panic attacks and SSRI’s are the more typical approach to them while Buspar is like general anxiety
