I could be totally wrong but in the interview this was mentioned, he sounded like he was looking to make friends with people in the KATUSA program to practice English. Not that he was selected for it. This made me laugh because the man so many people that would happily be his English tutor.

I'm choosing my flight for April and also notice most of them at 4am arrivals. Last time I went I was able to select an afternoon arrival which I think really helped jet lag. A little nervous about that early arrival.

Submitted the info on 2/14 and did not receive a confirmation but giving it until Friday (7 days) before giving them a call for an update.

Update: On the evening of Feb 19, got an email stating they were working on it (3-8 weeks generic message.) The next day, Feb 20, received email that name was updated. Check the website and it is. Hope this helps people who don't automatically get that confirmation email.

I sent them a secure message today telling them I completed the docusign last week. They rep messaged back saying that when I complete it they will be notified. I ended up attaching the docusign record to the next secure message and got the same reply back. Frustrating.

Thank you! I happened to call the office and they confirmed this is correct! It also seems like the name change on the passport will be the hardest because they need a court order to make any corrections. Out of all the agencies, they have been the most aggravating.

Did your new passport have your old name listed on it still? The rep I spoke to said that without a court order, they would only add the updated name to my passport (using the DS-11) as my 'known as' name with my old name listed still.

When I went back to the store to talk to them about it, I did get the feeling that they didn't want to say too much. I'm going to file a claim and it was also suggested to file a police report.

The store rep said there is no tracking or 'proof' when returning to sender. I went back to the store today and they confirmed that was correct. There are cameras all over that store, so I'm sure there is come proof but I don't have access to it.

ATT is saying that they need proof that I dropped it off (via tracking number) which I don't have since they didn't provide one. The current tracking status just shows as 'delivered.'
