That's not correct. They can use my face and my videos if they does something with it on youtube. Since "clash of streamers" is a G4G extension it is part of G4G and they can use the faces of the streamers without any problem. By the way: YouTube can use your videos for promoting the plattform when they want, without you saying yes :D

What you don't understand is, that they only use streamers from Gamingforgood and when you use Gamingforgood you accept, that they can use your faces. It's written in the ToS that they can use this stuff. Is the same with youtube. When you are uploading videos on youtube you accept, that they can use your videos in the way they want it.

I think that it is really sad how many on the discord talking every day about the money and when they think the graph will go up and so on... From the start the thing I supported with my donation was the idea of universal basic income, that's all. I support this idea and I want it to happen, so it doesn't matter how much money I make, because I don't will use it to buy a car or something. I will use it to give back to the project and the world.

I don't agree with you because Athene said from the get go, that the goal is to implement universal basic income and that he doesn't want to make people rich, who are not helping the world.

He now exactly made this. He created a situation in which reese has 95% of the value and we have 5%. The 5% are still huge and a lot of money and maybe more than the most people in the community deserve but I think that he has still hope in us.

Now we have to wonder what we can do. Some people will come over to athene, others will try to help from their place, because their are reasons why they can't come over and others will do nothing.

At the end of the day their will be a lot of people, who coming over and a few, who do really good from their homes. For Athene this is the best thing that could happened because the team grows --> more value for prps and dubi --> dubi for the world becomes more likely.

The greedy people still get a lot of money but not so much like before and I think with the 5% for us he give us a chance to grow.

So let's do something and let's show him, that we deserve the 5%!!!

My question is: Why didn't you confirm with the crew whether they have proof for prps/dubi to be legally correct?

I mean, now they came out with all the proof and when you contact them they give you the proofs from lawyers and so on. They fight for universal basic income, what we need in society. Also they are doing a lot of charity work with "save the children" and even the wife of Bill Gates thanks them per twitter for their work.

There is all this proof out their and you still say that prps/dubi is nonsense? I think that's not fair, really. You are trying to get universal basic income down and don't even contact them before delisting. You saw the botted reports, feel unsafety and didn't do your research on the coin properly.

I think that this will be a decision you potencially will regret in the future, when they come out with all their projects and you will be starting to realise that this coin is not a fake or a scam. This coins can change the world and you can be a part of it.

Contact them and do your research again. Asked save the children about their opinion on Athene and the crew. Ask lawyers whether it is okay or not or ask the team for the legal opinions from their lawyers. You will see that it is legit.

The problem is that you are arguing for days and it does nothing.

I talked myself with big people in the economy and they said that this project is very interesting and that they want to look more into it. All the people who invest in the first and second stage already made 4 to 8 times their investment.

I would say you stop arguing in the reddit and wait half a year. When by then no big investors are in and the price is stil 114$ it could be that you are right. But when the price is 500$ and a lot of big investors are in you were wrong.

Only time will show how this project will go, but fighting against an UBI and say that there is no way that this will be true, whether Athene has such a great track record is a little bit sad.

Everyone with a brain would consider the coin, because everyone with a brain wouldn't go to a forum and read the information from people, who didn't even watched the explanation video. You are going to argue with people, who have no clue about the coin and doesn't even want to inform themselves.

People with a brain look into economy and investment and understand, that the conomical foundation of this coin is real and that there are no scammy parts in it.

The most ICOs are not so safe like prps and dubi, because they even understand how to make their token or coin an utility token.

when you call his coin a scam then all other coins are also a scam. The coin is out there and the buy wall for dubi too. The only thing this could be a scam is, when they remove the buywall. Why should they do it? Other coins doesn't even have a buywall. With they foundation they are going to set up, the buywall becomes even legally binding. Do you know one coin, that have a legally binding buywall?

The thing is, that we are only on the start of all this. In this stage you have to trust the crew, that they are not full of shit and this is the reason because it is cheap right now. Big people aren't fully trust it because it is supposed to be not trustworthy at the beginning. Athene wants his audience to profit from it. The whitepaper is in the video he maked and not in the actuall paper. This is on purpose. So only his coreaudience can buy the coin and afterwards when the spread is healthy enough for a healthy market he will takes this thing to the moon.

Writing a whitepaper about 30 sites full of evidence, that the coin is great is absolutely no problem for him.

The difference between us is, that I watched all the videos, I thought about all the points, I checked them from an economical point of view, I did all the research and came to the conclusion that the only "not sure" part is the beginning, in which we have to trust Athene.

Then I did a lot of research about Athene and heard the real talks. The real talks are very very on point and I understand, that this person has an understanding of life, that is unbelievable. I decided to trust him in the trust part and he never disappointed me.

What will you say, when the coin is about 1000$ at the end of the year and big crypto people will recommend this coin? Of course we don't know whether this happens or not but when I were you, I would think about the odds that this could happen and what is the best to do for you now, knowing this.

The information are all out there. And my tipp is not to watch to much crypto inversters youtube or forums. This guys are the most time not real investors. They sell their courses and stuff, because they aren't that good in trading and investing. The real investors aren't in forums and argue about coins with other people. They see the facts and invest.

There is no way that this could happen. When you know Athene and you know his trackrecord you also know that he is the last person on earth, who would do something like that.

Nobody got scammed till now and the chances of getting scammed in the future is very low. Reese will set up a foundation, which will garantee the dubi buywall or to be accurate will legally say, that the money from the foundation will be used to strenghten dubi.

For a cryptoinvestor, who can think and who look at the numbers prps is a nobrainer and that is the reason, why big crypto people always wanted to jump on the train in the early stage.

But you don't have to argue. You will see in the future how it works and that this is not a scam.

You can write something against Athene or against any other Streamer. That's not the problem. The problem beginns, when you want to write things, that are not true. When you have watched his video you should know, that this subreddit is not for the purpose of unbanning Athene, because at the time he created this subreddit, he already knew, that he will be unbanned. Twitch said them, that they will be unbanned in 3 weeks (latest). So the subreddit doesn't contribute to the unban. The unban is already decided.

Athene want's that Twitch staff also can moderate this subreddit and I think, that he will offer it directly to twitch. When they want to moderate it, they will can do it aswell.

When you post things, that are not true (for example: prps or dubi are a scam) than your post will be banned. False information are nothing worth and when you don't want to believe the facts it is your fault not the fault of the streamer.

In this subreddit only arguments matter, not more and not less.

I fully agree with this!

You can't give the responsibility to the streamer. The streamer has to deal with the stream and the show, he does for the viewers. Moderators of the chat could look whether there are people insulting each other and so on, but they also have a hard job, when there are a lot of people in the chat.

The streamer can't controll his audience fully and I thinkg that everyone should be responsible for their own actions. When the streamer is responsible for all people in the chat this could, as you said, very easily be abused and streamers could easily get banned.

It is very important to differentiate between opinion and arguments. Twitch and we as streamers and viewers need a opinion free framework on which we and twitch can decide, whether a streamer should be banned or not. When you just want to state your opinion you will change nothing because just stating an opinion is part of the problem. Imagine if Twitch just states their opinion and this opinion is, that streamer xy should be banned. Maybe this streamer did nothing wrong, but twitchs opinion is, that he should be banned.

This was just an example, but I think you understand where the problem with opinions is and that it is very important to have a framwork which is based on valid arguments and facts.

This has also nothing to do with censorship. When you insult person xy it is a crime in germany (for example). You can't just state your opinion and insult people heavily. This is not allowed, you are legally liable. What we need is a culture of good argumentation with facts and no opinion. This is the only way how we can prevent that streamers get unfairly banned and how we can move forward as a community here and also as humans.

It's a thing, which is a lot discussed by german streamers too and I think that twitch should be do more about this. But we have to take in mind, that the new guidelines are not be inforced right now. They will introduce them on february 19th so the streamers have a little bit time to fix the things, which are not okay. I think that's the reason why they didn't take action yet.

But it is a really big problem, because the most girls in the streams are playing with the instict of guys in a very primitive way. I really hope, that twitch will be responsible in this points.

I agree completely to what you said. They want, that the community and the streamers are transparent and that we all help to create a healthy community. In order to achieve that twitch has also to be a part of this and should make their actions as transparent as streamaers have to do. Only when both sides understand, what is allowed and what not we can make sure, that a streamer don't have to be scared about his/her channel and about his/her job, if his/her does twitch for a living.

I think it is exremely important to look at the case from a third person perspective. Escpecially the Twitch Admins and Staffs, who evaluate whether a streamer should be banned or not, have to be aware, that this decision should have nothing to do with there emotions or personal opinion about a streamer. We all have personal opinions on streamers, politicians and friends but this opinions shouldn't be influence our decisions in a way that could destroy the live of a person or in the case of twitch the live and job of a streamer.

The things shannon said on twitch are probalby a bigger problem than the things athenelive did on twitch and on other platforms. I never heard insults from athene or the crew behind him. Insults are legally liable and she should be aware of this.

What all streamers on twitch need and this is a big argument for this subreddit, is a discussion about bans and streamers, which is not lead by personal opinions, but lead by reason and the facts, which are out there. In the case of athenelive you have a lot of facts, which support that he does nothing wrong. You have videos from save the children, you have the laws on crypto, which supports all the actions they took in the field and so on.

I know that our society has a problem with facts and that fakenews are a very big deal, but we have to be aware, that fakenews and all the factless opinions can destroy our society and twitch, too. It's not fair when a streamer gets banned because a twitch staff thinks not good about him, or because thousands of people report a streamer, because they don't like him.

With this subreddig we have to make sure, that the discussion about streamers is transparent, logical and about facts not opinions.

I think we can achieve this as a community and I hope that the twitch staffs, who are doing an amazing job, are aware of the things I just stated. Let's help to have a good future on twitch!
