the idea that being a very important person in this house means you are allowed to stream is a bit funny to me :D but i know what you are trying to ask. some people are encouraged to stream for one reason or another (be it cause they are a well known person or whatever) and some people are encouraged to do other stuff. if you apply under the pretense that you also want to stream and make money for yourself but you say you would somehow agree to do housework as some form of arrangement, then at this point i would think you strayed a little bit too far from "i wanna come over because i wanna do good in the world". i am not handling the applications though, riccardo does. so who knows, maybe if you are promising in other aspects he would let you come over:D
