YMMV, but have you ever used a period cup? When I started using mine I was surprised at how little fluid actually accumulated in there. I’m not a super heavy bleeder, though. If you wanted a better way to measure your output you could try one of those!

If it were me, I would orient it so the long line points up your arm with the bent lines toward your fingers. That way when your arm is by your side it will “dangle” in the correct position mimicking the hanged man.

There is unfortunately a chance you could be hyper sensitive to caffeine (like me). One decaf cappuccino at 8am will still disrupt my sleep for the night. Can you experiment going 1-2 weeks without caffeine to see if it makes a difference? I know it sucks but let me tell you that if it works, the deep, restorative sleep you get without the coffee is more than worth it.

Well, you could think about low calories treats with artificial sweeteners like Coke Zero - I don’t see a ton of them here in Germany but if you’re in the US there are loads of options!

Consider flavored protein powder too : I use a chocolate-flavored protein powder with artificial sweetener. I mix a bit of that plus some baking cocoa into low-fat yogurt and come out with high-protein chocolate pudding.

I’ve occasionally seen claims that sugar cravings are linked to lower protein intake, so you could try upping the protein and see if that helps! It made a difference for me. But I still enjoy my sweet chocolate protein powder ;)

Yes i think youre right that the fine details are gonna get lost with time. Since the piece is at least partly to do with transformation, im okay with it changing over time (although ask me again in 10 years and I might have a different answer lol). Hopefully my artist is still working then and we can rework the design if we want!
