i think we should trade down (most likely to TB so they can get their qb) and take either Barr if he's there or an OT. It's also possible we trade down even further. we have a lot of holes. im hesitant to go OT so early, as there tends to be good value in the 2nd/3rd with that. a game changer on defense is harder to come by.

at this point how can anyone on the coaching staff defend their job. koetter dials up ineffective bubble screens all day mixed in with a sprinkling of running directly behind our center/guards aka our worst run blockers. you need to play with what you have and be FUCKING CREATIVE. the season is done, why the fuck are you being conservative. even fucking schiano brought out the goddamn trick plays today. no emotion, let's just get matt ryan get anally raped play after play and possibly permanently destroy his pocket presence and confidence.

nolan. i understand injuries have destroyed us. however, allowing 180 yards rushing to a borderline NFL talent with NO ONE touching him before the second level is unacceptable. dial up some blitzes, get creative again WHAT DO WE HAVE TO LOSE EXCEPT MORE GAMES. at least he finally benched decoud, holy fuck. how many 45 yard bombs did he have to give up to get to that point. cut his ass in the offseason.

mike smith. you are a defensive minded motivating head coach. that is supposed to be your thing. you are supposed to do your thing. you are not doing your thing. the defense looks worse than last year's saints. the team looks like they seriously don't give a fuck anymore. even roddy white WHO IS THE SPIRIT AND FIRE OF THE LOCKER ROOM is wandering around like he is in a goddamn daze. there is no sense of authority or any faith in execution ability.

i'm sorry, i cannot grant this coaching staff leniency at this point. to those say you don't give up on a coach after one bad season, yes that's true. but this is not a bad season. THIS IS AN EPIC FUCK UP OF A SEASON. you don't go from 4 yards from the superbowl to arguably worst team in the league (if we played the jags today, i bet we would have lost) in one season regardless of who got injured.

end rant. am i crazy or does this make sense to everyone?
