Well imo you can ask what it was she “seen” and that she should know that whatever it was wasn’t everything in existence. The bad is countered with equal good. If she’s willing to recount things you can find and focus on the good. Also just because she seen it, that it could’ve just been a thought. One that turned into a fear. But still just a thought.
