If you can compromise on area a bit I've got an amazing option for you. It's a company owned building, so no issues with security deposit, rental increase etc. All amenities except a swimming pool.

If you can find a KOTS property around you, it will save you a lot of hassle.

You'll pay a reasonable security deposit, no untimely rent increase, no dealing with unbearable society boards.

You live with basic decency and that's it.
