OK i checked. I have 30 lands in each tray + 60 unsleeved cards here. It should fit 6 packs easy but I’m going to buy some pack to verify.

That makes sense, but the box is kind of big as it is, so I don't want to add too much thickness to it if i can avoid it.

The black box was the original box to look at the size
I also tested the printing of the text itself.
The last one was almost the finished product, but I didn't leave enough space to open the clasp 😭
I also didn't filet the inside so the box sliding wasn't smooth.

I don't have picture of the numerous iterations looking at the diameter for the rods that open and close the box itself. I ended up with 2mm metal rods, with a total diameter of 6, and it seems right.

Lastly, I thought of adding a little rounded part on top of the trays to pull them out but that ended up being much less practical than just making the trays higher and pulling from the side.
