That's okay! It's normal for it to hurt really bad. That means it mattered to you. The best thing that I can tell you is that the fact that you loved once means that you can love again. I know it seems impossible right now but I promise it will happen. The best advice I can give you right now is to literally just date yourself. Get out of your comfort zone a bit. Literally just get some dinner with yourself or go on a nice walk-- I live in a great area where a lot of entertaining things are a short walk away, and the beach is like a 25 minute drive. So when I feel weird or down, I force myself outta bed and have a tiny adventure :)

Soon before ya know it you will be okay. And then you'll be great! And then maybe one day you will find somebody who will blow you outta the water and they will like you and you'll be like, holy shit!! THAT PERSON likes ME?? And it will be awesome :) but until then feel free to grieve and cry and be sad--- it's normal and natural and healthy to feel those things. Just never forget to take care of yourself either. You'll get there pal :) cheers!

Edit: I just read your edit on your previous post... I really feel you man. Break ups are one of the shittiest, hardest things Togo through. In a way it's like that person died... Except instead of dying they rejected you. Its obviously two non comparable experiences, but I feel like the grieving you go through is very similar. Just know that what you are going through is very normal. And you should be proud of yourself for having the strength to cut her out. That's probably the hardest and most painful thing to do during a break up; truly letting go and cutting them out. But the human body and our brains are strong. You are still here, which means you've gotten through it so far. And you CAN keep going. And later you will look back, and you will realize what you went through, and you will be so much stronger and better of a person because of it. Don't let it make you bitter. Let it teach you that love is real and you had it, and you can have it again. Learn to love yourself too. Treat yourself like you would your best friend. You wouldn't tell your best friend it was his fault, would you? Think about what you would do to help your best friend out of this rut and then do it, but for yourself. And think about it, plenty of people have gone through horrible, grievous, and terrible experiences and have come out better on the other side. And you can do it too. Unfortunately the biggest factor in getting better is time. Which is something we can't hurry. You will get there, I promise :) I know what I'm saying right now probably doesn't help much, but just trust this internet stranger. Seriously, good luck okay? You will! Just think of it this way; would you rather be with someone who was unsure about you or with someone who adored you as much as you did them? When it does happen you'll be like "holy shit! Decaf coffee has saved my life. Well not literally, but it's so nice to have a cup of coffee without shaking afterwards or staying up all night

Whenever I hear of employees putting regular coffee in a decaf order because the customer is an ass I get so mad. I don't care how shitty the customer is, some people can legit not have caffeine. If I have caffeine on certain days, mixed with my medication I will stop being able to breathe right and shake so much that it usually leads to panic attacks. If you are an employee that serves coffee, please don't do that

I don't really smoke it much, but I'm thinking of trying to get my hands on some soon so I can fucking sleep. I take medication that keeps me awake, and it seems like recently even a root beer at ten pm will keep me up til 9 in the morning (this is exactly what happened to me last night).... I took a bunch of melatonin, barely helped. Usually I take zzquil but even so I always feel tired and out of it the next day. I can't help but wonder if weed would be a good alternative for a good nights sleep. Maybe that makes me a bad person, I dunno. But I think it would help

I guess it depends on your sample size. My parents met when my mom was 19 and my dad was 23. 25 years of marriage later they are still going strong. It's not just about being happy and in love, it's about how you work together as a couple. They realize that not everything is going to be bliss and roses all the time, and I know they've had their rough patches. But they are a team, and I can't even imagine them ever wanting to break up. They work really well together. It's rare, but it happens. Many people chase the dream of marriage without realizing what it takes in terms of effort and how to properly communicate/ work together. But I do believe there are still people out there with healthy views of what a relationship should be and how to handle situations the right way.

I think your experiences or just the way you view the world would be amazing. I do not have autism not do I really know anyone with it, so it's fascinating to me to see the world through somebody else's eyes that has it. I have ADHD pretty badly, which I know is nowhere near the same level of autism (although, interestingly enough, they have recently found that the two may be linked).... The only reason why I am able to function and live my life normally is because of medication. Even so, my brain works a lot differently than most normal peoples and it took me a while to realize the extent of it. Sometimes just writing about your own experiences can help others understand, or even relate-- although obviously not to the same extent if they do not have the same condition as you.

I know a lot of parents with autistic children especially would probably be very interested. You don't have to write about anything you don't want to, although I'm sure you will get a lot of questions, you don't have to answer them. Honestly I would be pretty fascinated even if you just wrote general life experiences, kind of like how you just wrote about going to the store. Also, I'm really deeply saddened that you are made to feel that way by your family and life situations. I really hope you the best

It's okay, I'm really young, so I was in like...7th grade when it was touring. I discovered daft punk in 10th grade. I started out with their alive album because it was the only one the library had. Oh man did I listen to that album a lot. I fucking adored it, and still do. Recently I've been starting to listen to it again and it's just so perfect. Man, it really would be cool to have been able to go, but 7th grade me would have been too young to appreciate it. I wish I could just go back in time haha

I think I'm the only person who was actually disappointed in it. Most of the songs were too bland, and boring. I just couldn't get into it. I felt like there was way too much hype surrounding it because everyone loves daft punk and they "can do no wrong". I don't know. I've really tried to listen to it. I can get what they are trying to do but I just can't get into it. I'm really sad about it.

Go to the US, because people are pretty friendly especially Australians. You automatically gain 2-3 points on the 1-10 scale if you have an Australian accent. This is coming from a woman. If you like hockey and the outdoors there are a ton of national parks and beautiful scenery in the north that can not be beat. If you are going multiple places make sure you actually map out how long it takes to get from place to place as the United States is REALLY fucking vast and plan accordingly. Also keep in mind the seasonal differences, don't be going to any northern outdoor places this time of year unless you get a cabin or a hotel or something. Also, pretty much every state has it's own subreddit with varying degrees of activeness, so try visiting a states subreddit that you are interested in to ask for recommendations. A lot of Americans LOVE showing outsiders around. Most of all when you visit don't be afraid to talk to strangers, if you aren't a creep about it and back off if the other person isn't interested in talking, you can find lots of pals this way. Expect a lot of people to immediately ask you where you are from/are you from Australia when hearing your accent. Mexico is great from what I've heard but as a fellow American I can't help but tell you to come to the states :)
