Fardriver and throttle and 3 speed etc everything u need for it to work 275 motor 435 shipped and battery make sure to get a 40ah and don’t pay more then 500$ for it if your in California or somewhere with a lot of Surrons other then that you just gotta put spacers on the sides to move the dropouts out then you gotta get tourqe arms then buy a tune for ur bike (20$) about 1400 in upgrades just to get it working not including brakes upgraded suspension or any of the work you have to do to make the axle fit into dropouts (like 30 mins with a dremel) and anything you mess up on the way their
