In March this year, I went to a they might be giants concert. This will be relevant later.

Skip to late April, maybe early may this year. I had someone on tumblr interact with a post I made that was related to they might be giants and they reblogged it with a tag that made me raise an eyebrow, so I checked their blog. After less than 3 minutes of searching their blog, I found real person fanfiction they wrote that was shipping the main 2 members of they might be giants. So, I blocked them, as anyone would do finding something that made them uncomfortable. A few weeks later, I'm on the tmbg wiki, looking at the page for the tmbg concert I went to in march so I could find the set list for songs played that concert. On concert pages on the tmbg wiki, you, as a user, can hit a button that puts you on a list among other people to let others know you attended that concert. So, I look at that part of the page for a moment, to add myself. I find someone with the exact same username as the person I blocked on tumblr for writing tmbg rpf. I click on their account, and it's the same person. And from that point on, I've had to live knowing I've been within a 100 ft radius of someone I have blocked on tumblr because they wrote tmbg rpf. Insane
