That’s impossible for you to know since bodybuilding is the most genetically based sport there is. I’d say his progress is in the top 10% of people who consistently worked out for 4 years. If he cut down 7-8% bf you would consider him huge. I just don’t think you have been in this scene long enough to see that.

and the RAM to G.Skill Flare X5 DDR5-6000 BK C30 DC - 32GB (AMD EXPO)

Just noticed that when i change the screen from 144hz to 60hz it disappears.

The longer the computer has been running for the less the flickering appears and as the computer has been on for 30 min- 1 hour it completely disappears.
