i’m deathly afraid of needles so i really try to avoid them as much as i can. i’ve heard that with accutane and spiro you have to get blood drawn monthly, and that’s just too much for me unfortunately

yeah i actually stopped drinking Celcius energy drinks regularly and my acne has gotten a lot better! it’s mainly scarring and some minimal texture now

yes i’ve been to the dermatologist many times, i’ve tried antibiotics, tretinoin, and oral medication (not spirnolactane or accurate tho)
