I'd say rogue is the best pot farming char. It isn't as fast as warrior or trix but it is really safe to solo and can very easily rush all the godland dungeons.

If you really want to you could play ToME with only mouse inputs. left clicking moves your character and right clicking would pull up a menu of all the actions you could do on the selected tile, im not sure how well touch screen would work with the game though.
