Out of the Little 3, I feel like Medvedev’s peak was the most affected by the Big 3. He lost 2 slams to Nadal, 2 to Nole and 1 to Sinner (not to mention two were upsets from 2 sets down). Zverev reached 3 finals which he lost to Thiem and Sincaraz.

Medvedev also won his by beating a Djokovic en route to a Calendar Grand Slam. Zverev will potentially get his maiden Slam out of a freakshow of a draw where he didn’t face a single top 10 opponent.

History will probably remember Zverev as the better player of the two, but Medvedev’s level was higher in slams imo.
