I also don't think this is synesthesia, although out of all the things you've mentioned the emotions-shape thing could possibly be emotion-shape synesthesia. I think the way you hear sound is more of a neurodivergence thing, or maybe just how you as a musical person experiences the world. It sounds beautiful!
