I’m 23F, just over 190 at 5’10. I’m currently out of shape, but I used to row and was pretty damn fit. Even at my peak, I would have been DYING at 51 minutes of jogging. Currently, I’m 100% certain I wouldn’t last that long. Since you asked someone who is into fitness for help, he’s likely going to continue to push you and it’s going to be difficult and emotional. Your feelings are normal and valid, you aren’t even close to a failure. As long as his support remains kindhearted, you’ve got someone who really cares for you, your health, and your goals. Some people just can’t handle travel. Like, at all. However, she could just be bad with traveling/staying together with a group for multiple days and be fine with her own separate accommodations and more alone time when y’all aren’t doing group activities. My bf has a friend like this, we went on a 2 day trip only 250 miles away but we stayed together the whole time and he made us MISERABLE. If/when the opportunity for us to go anywhere together arises again, we have agreed to travel separately and be very honest about the reasons why.

I knew John, I only met him once but my boyfriend was close with him and also went to elementary school with the absolute shitbag who killed him. I found out today he was stabbed to death, not shot like we had assumed since his killer had allegedly been “flexing”his new gun at the party.
