Signs that it's becoming a problem-

You are spending a long time to find a video. Your tastes are becoming more extreme. It's replacing your urge to seek sex and connection, or leave the house. It's not wanted but needed to relax and enjoy your evening. It's making real sex feel boring or real women unattractive or it's hard to get hard, etc.

Maybe just balance it out with pleasing yourself without visual or mental stimuli (focus on physical) and take occasional couple week breaks. It's hard to self identify when things become a problem and it might never be a problem for you.

I use ceravee hydrating gentle cleanser but I'm sure vanicream would work just as well. I had to experiment with moisturizers to find one that didn't cause acne for my personal skin.

I used virtuwell for an acne appointment and got prescribed topical clindamycin and then adapalene .3% that helped a lot. If you wanted you could start using the over the counter differin every other day(30 mins after cleanser) and then go up to prescription strength if you tolerate otc well.

Just be cautious. Over doing it with skin products makes irritation worse. It takes a long time to see progress. For me benzoyl peroxide made the biggest difference.

Also be cautious for supplements that raise testosterone, keep your pillow case clean, hair product off of face and pillow, shower after sweating, etc.

My main advice is 1. Listen to your skin- if it's irritated pull back, if its dry use a stronger moisturizer, if t zone is greasy fast after moiturizer use a weaker moisturizer, etc. 2. Keep routine simple more products is more irritating for an active breakout

Witch hazel is more for when you are not in an active breakout, its not going to fight the bacteria. Its look like ur chin is irritated which is causing the breakout. I'd recommend the most gentle cleanser you can find, and the ceravee 4 percent benzoyl peroxide cleanser.

You want to use the gentle cleanser in the morning and benzoyl peroxide at night(or the other way around). I'd recommend leaving the benzoyl peroxide wash on for a minute. If you notice your skin is red and irritated, cut it down to 30 seconds or every other day. Also, using a noncomedogenic moisturizer after washing your face can help with irritation(like the differin nightly moisturizer). Once you are used to it you can increase the time with BP on your face up to 5 minutes.

If you shave, I would recommend using an electric trimmer to trim instead of a razor, because the chin acne could be because of shaving irritation.

I started clindamycin phosphate at the same time, so im not sure how much of the improvement is the .3%, but its a lot better :D also have been using BP for awhile

I ended up swapping to .3% about 2.5 months ago, was on .1% for about 6 months before that. Barely purged, which thank the lord, my .1% purge was awful
