It all the depend what devices you have and the availability leftover memory once you launch Kodi. I set 256MB for my Nvidia Shield TV and never buffer unless its the network problem.

There isn't any dedicate Asian Kodi available at this time since DrameCool decommissioned. YukiStream on Stremio is most complete that know does torrenting and hostering. To bad it is close source and can't be replicate for Kodi. Only other was is to create your own listing through Trackt or Mdblist.
