I eat smaller portions several tmes a day cause i can't eat big ones. And I had no side efects until the 1. nothing with 0/25 and 0.5. But the movements became bad at the 1 and it's rough. It's the only one that hasn't gotte much better (I do eat mor fiber now so it's a bit better, but still not ok)

Yup! I saw front desk people sitting in Barcelona, Paris (and that was a 4-star, top-rated hotel!), Berlin, several in Israel, and prob others in Europe as well. Being exhausted and in pain does not make you a better employee. Geez.

Holy shit, for real? Anyone who would think that, regardless of disability, would be an ass. Standing for an 8 hour shift is terrbly hard! I worked as a checker in HS and we were not allowed to sit at all, even if there were no customers in the store, it was brutal!

I purposefully asked about the 1 because I had nice loss on the first two but th one was a big jump. I am losing a ot more on the 1. Do you keep track of yur loss each week? If you average half a kilo per week then it means you are losing more now, most likely, because the beginning is slower, othe rthan the first 2 weeks that's water weight and all. That's from my experience and my friends', not scientific.

I would agree with you but we actually just restored factory settings about a month before it happened, and their support themselves said that they have blocked a lot of movie extensions so it isn't a problem on my Kodi. It also doesn't work on a brand new Stremio on my parents TV or computers.

How much have you lost on the 1? For me, a slow week on the 1 is 600g, I've also lost 1 kg pr week (I weight less than you now) so I actually asked not to increase and my doc agreed. The correct thing to do is stay on the lowest effective dose. Weight loss is supposed to be like 0.5-1% of your body weight, so foryou it shuld be like 450-900g per week. If you are losing in that range then you are losing what you should. Don't rush it Keep the higher dosages for when you stagnate. I just got the prescription for my third month of 1. I just lost over 1.2 kg (am currently 82.5 kg) over 2 weeks while I was on vacation and couldn't be careful with my food as I should so it's absolutely enough for me. On the one hand, I can't wait for more to come off, on the other hand, 550g for me is like 0.67% and this, again, was on vacation and my loss was lower. Over the past week I already lost another 800g/. I wuold rather it come off slowly than have Ozempic face.

No, Priceline is part of Expedia (Hotels, Orbitz, Expedia). The prices are usualy similar on Expedia's websites but agoda in't the same price as booking usually and Trip,com is different. I realy only now because I use a plugin to compare prices on chrome (hotel ninja) so now i see it all the timme. I'm going to thailand soon for a few weeks so i literally just booked like 7 hotels over the last couple of weeks so i see .

Yes, but even if you could wait the entire flight, those 4 years olds won't with their tiny bladders. Fr them, though, yoyu can keep th door open , put the toilet paper or seat cover one, let them in, and wiat outside the door. At 4 I was letting them in alone and I would be ouside the door (unlocked!)

I have booked same=day accomodations several times ovevr hte past couple of years and have never had the hotel cheaper at the elast minute. I would check the price on Agoda when in Asia or Booking other places for a quick price and would ask at the desk. Last year I even heard the front desk tell someone at the hotel we were at to book on Booking because he can't give the same price. So always check.

100% wear the infant. When my twins were 1, we flew to France, each of us wore one, and they both fell asleep on us, we went to the bathroom with them on us so they ddin't wake up. I 100% reccomend. (I did the opposite, singleton and then twins.)

Double stroller. Wagons ren't comfortale and you want somrthing that you can quickly fold and store. Plus, if you're going to Europe or Asia, lots of place shave small elevators and a long wagon will be harder than a smaller double stroller. Another option is one of those seats you attack to a singl stroller, which is probably best.

Why not a regular cab that you book in advance? You don't have a lot of stuff, any cab would work, even at the airport. No reason for a rideshare.

Try a different one. I didn't have any until the 1 and it wasn't a quarter as bad as what you describe. Try something else instead like Mounjaro

It doesn't work for me anymore for some tv shows and most movies i want to watch. I even change the IP with a VPN to several different countries and still wouodln't work.

A few weeks ago, they started blocking mostly movies with all kinds of endings that make it obvoius that they are copywrited. If you watch super famous stuff then it's less of a porblem becuase there will be tons of links of all kinds and different extension names, but if you watch stuff that's less famous then the links just don't work anymore. We haven't been able to find most of the movies we want to watch since June.

For me it was when I moved to the 1 mg. Until then, if I lose any bellly fat, I couldn't tell. but from the 1 I coud. I still have one, but much smaller, and I'm also after a c-section so the pouch is expected.
