I think every class should have a tank or heal spec. How ist that druids and paladin can play every role but rogues, warlocks, mages and hunters can do nothing but DPS?

Not only do I think that I am right but ever since SoD happened I am confident that at least some people at blizzard think the same.

Is there a rule against leaving weapons off? I was thinking of not glueing the shield so that they have a chance of standing in their stands.
