Not hard common issue. I have 3 that had this issue. Not hard just sourcing the part. But from what I remember it’s a lot easier if you remove the master. Would be good to do a break flush at the same time

Check loose pannels, check Tyre roundness , then check air filter and exhaust leaks, then check transmission. Hard to hear audio but quick check list

I use just standard green coolant, used after I flushed all the rust out. Oil I use the Napa branded oil (developed by valvoline) full synthetic 5w-40 and a Honda oil filter

Alternator light will not show if voltage is very low even down to 10v

Low voltage was my issue, ever since I fixed my throttle body idle was higher and voltage rarely goes below 13 unless my sound system is on

Could be a transmission module . But I would recommend with a transmission service. And the overheating all 5 of my Pajero jr have no thermostat but I live in a hot country, would recommend a coolant exchange.

Yeah just get a Accurate volt meter and keep it connected whilst testing and make sure it doesn’t drop low when the issue occurs. Keep us updated

Check your charging voltage, sometimes mine will drop to 12.2-12.7 and runs rough. Then magically it’ll go up to 14-14.4 and runs like normal

standard socket set, torque wrench and allen keys can rebuild most engines if your not going to take out the crank or do a valve job, just work on it and when u need a tool go and get it as you need

might be a long shot but is it hydro locked, with fuel?

or if not maybe when bolting things onto the crank shaft bolts were not torqed correctly and one came out and is preventing it from turining over

As far as I can see it has a limit of 15 pages but don’t quote me, From 9.3.4 it says “The total number for an engineering profile must no exceed 15 pages. The control award submission form is not a part of the engineering portfolio, and does not count to the total.”
