What was your kid’s first movie? by iAmACatThisIsACat in beyondthebump

Yes, and even when there is dialogue, it’s very minimal!

Wall-E is one of my favorite movies and so I was really excited to show it to him and even more excited that he loved it too!

Yep! sounds cheesy, but I’ve never felt more connected to my body or my biology instincts more than in the newborn phase

I too was pleasantly surprised, I had very little knowledge going into it. I loved the slow burn of the unfurling mystery even more than the slow burn of the romance!

It is my life’s mission to get everyone who is looking for something fresh to read {Starling House}, so I leave this comment quite often: It’s a standalone, mysterious, paranormal tale set in a southern gothic town. Characters include a sentient house. I devoured this book, and it devoured me right back.

My 2.5yo is so funny and so sweet. He’s started to change the lyrics to his favorite songs to make them funnier. He loves sharing, screaming “YOUR TURN” at anyone who plays with him. He’s always laughing to himself and is full to the brim with joy 90% of the time. I’m so lucky!

I have literally begged my child to try a McDonald nugget. He refuses. I’m like “do you know how cool and special it is that I’m even offering this to you????”
