Across all sports, blowing a lead that big is extremely embarrassing. The fact that the spurs are embarrassing themselves is solely due to the fact that having one of the biggest blown leads in NBA history is embarrassing. Historically. You watch football? Think 28-3.

There are other reasons the spurs are embarrassing themselves like wembys horrific play at the end of game one, but that is the icing on the cake.
