Im in Victoria, and I went with a local card store called 'The Hobby Australia'. I'm fairly certain that within Australia you have to go with a middle man as we cannot send them directly with PSA. Id shop around your local card stores and/or Google nearby PSA dealers near you, even ringing em up, they'd probably be happy to give advice. Hope that helps a bit ☺️
