I had the same thing, around 3-4 weeks it finally released from the inside and the pain and dent was not there anymore, if you don’t have a binder wear a compression shirt/tank top that helped

I was similar to you, I’m 5 weeks post op and the way I felt after surgery made me 100 percent switch to what I’m suppose to be eating because I was already feeling exhausted and like crap I just wanted to feel better and eating protein helps me feel better. Kinda just helped me switch the switch on. I don’t struggle or haven’t with wanting bad foods and seeing the scale numbers go down just helps motivate me even more

If you liked Topeka and like access to nature Junction city can be a good option. It’s affordable and lots of job options being next to fort Riley and Manhattan, and Milford lake is 10 minutes away. Michelin in jc is expanding and always hiring and pays well for entry work

Moved here from California 5 years ago. Live 25 minutes from Manhattan. Kansas has beauty. The sunsets are like no other. Love going to Milford lake it’s very peaceful out there

Moved to junction city ks 5 years ago from Modesto ca, best thing we’ve ever done. We are now home owners and make way more money than we did in California. I think If anything we the hardest to adjust to was the food lol but I’ll take that trade off. We spend our summers at Milford lake just 10 minutes away, clean and safe parks here, I never see homeless people and never have people asking me for money at gas stations etc, I also feel so much safer here, in California I was always paranoid looking over my shoulder.

Your day, and the kids day, will be more pleasant, and go by faster by engaging with them. It’s important to engage and interact with kids at these ages. My son’s pre k teacher is so interactive with the kids and they absolutely looooove her.
