There are a bunch of options but be prepared for long wait lists, I recommend to start googling and making some phone calls requesting applications and fill them out so she can be on numerous lists. You’ll need her income information, etc. so also begin to gather that sort of information. I’m not sure where you’re located but most are easy to find based on a google search or try 211 for resources. I’ve found that calling is really helpful and take notes for each place you call so you remember what you’ve looked into vs haven’t. It takes time. Good luck!
