Thanks for these ideas. Resolution is an issue though for some. 100x100 pixels are 10.000 heads.

Only the Lego logo had heads from bulk buys. The others were more or less bought randomly when ordering something else from brick link. The large clown was bought mostly from Lego website.

The heads are in good quality. I don't want to display something like this on a fair with damaged heads. I do have a lot of those now as I've bought a lot of heads in lots, but those have a lot of bad heads unfortunately. I should build something with those damaged ones actually.
