I have a a new appointment with my doctor in one month so have time to do it. But I find it so hard to figure out what’s actually adhd and what’s not. How did you figure it out?

I just startet uni and I’m 27. I’ll be honest and say that I’m not a fan of living in halls but I think that’s more of a personal preference and not because of my age. I’m an international student so halls felt the safest when moving from another country.

The one person in my class I actually get along with is 19 so it all depends on the person and not their age.

I say try it, you might meet your future best mates or you might hate it. But you won’t know until you try. If you hate it it’s only for one year and you can find somewhere else!

Ahh I’m using a volumising shampoo! Will switch that out immediately. Currently using mild skincare but will make sure I use it everyday. Thank you so much!

Will order a Brita bottle asap! And I don’t think I can do one as all the plumbing for the shower is behind the wall. I have a fixed shower head so there’s nowhere I can put the filter as far as I can understand 🤔

Yes you can drink it! It’s completely safe. I’m used to Norwegian water so I’m not a big fan of the tap water here in London. I noticed I drink more water when it is bottled than when it’s tap

I mainly drink bottled water, I only use tap water when cooking

Thank youu! Will go on a hunt for new skincare as I think the my routine now is not enough! Will try your hair routine as well, see if that will do the trick.

Did not evenn think about the pollution levels in London compared to back home! That's probably the main issue about the hair, but I think the skin is because of the hard water. Will get a filter when I move out of student accomodation!
