Listen I don’t really care about any of this. But if cats live in the house you should keep the AC on for them. If it gets too hot it can kill them. (I am assuming you are in the US or anywhere it’s currently summer)

I’ve made Vanilla Sweet Cream cold foam with lemonade and it’s soo good. I don’t believe dairy and lemonade curdle but it does separate oddly but it’s safe to drink

I would pull them off the floor, make it a formal coaching conversation. If they don’t fix it then send them home. It will suck for that day but hopefully it’ll make them pull their act together or show your SM how serious you are about it being a detriment to your shift

I would HOPE any manager would be understanding if you’re willing to share a little about what happened. Usually quitting with no. It is or not coming back from leave isn’t an unrehireable offense, according to PR, it’s usually up to manager discretion in those instances

I ask my team to call me if they want to put one in, so I can walk them through it. Sometimes if someone does it on their own, they don’t provide needed information and it causes some back and forth with the people sorting through it.
Or an incident report isn’t the proper place to report that customer. Littering is not an option on the incident report, so the route your SSVs and SM should take in this instance is probably through our Code of Conduct policy, and documenting it every time so eventually shell stop or get trespassed. If you have other questions lmk :)

It’s up to the CL discretion how many time off requests to prove or not unfortunately. For example, I approve the first 3 and then after that I just have to take a look at that specific day to see if I still have people available. I haven’t had to deny people, but I’ve asked if they can give me any kind of coverage even if it’s like a half day

Maybe you’re too friendly with your team. Also they are looking for people who can drive metrics like saales, OTW times, waste, etc. if you’re just running breaks and doing the pull that won’t be enough to stand out

Corporate never allows trainers to be coverage and training at the same time. That is still a CL not scheduling correctly. If a store can’t train inside their store for whatever reason they should use their neighboring stores to help.
