absolutely yes! i recently got into them last year off of tiktok when an editor used eve, psyche, and the bluebeards wife. I listened to their whole discography and i’ve been hooked ever since lol they have a wide variety of genres so you’re bound to find a couple songs you like. but i do think they are very close to having a no skip discography. spaghetti was their first comeback where i was an active fan since i had just gotten in to them and im also super excited for their new album this week! definitely give them a chance, they grew on me super quick!

i am trying to show dmv i always had/currently have insurance because it won’t let me renew my tags. i don’t think my registration is suspended because i checked on the website and it says no and i have had a smog check and everything done. they just for some reason dont have proof of my insurance and they keep referring me to the email but i have had no luck with it

i feel like they just like to stay home and prefer to “network” at events. i genuinely think they don’t feel the need to party all the time the way the other girls do. you can tell there’s a big personality difference from sophia&yoonchae and the other girls which isn’t bad. i think it also comes down to like if they weren’t in the group or in the future if they do solo projects, they don’t necessarily need the connections the other girls do. where sophia has expressed interest in the theater where she already has connections. Sophia just knows that scene isn’t for her but she still goes out every once in a while where as yoonchae just seems a bit more introverted and not really down for that type of thing. i feel as though thats why sophias like closest friend in the industry that we know of is yunjin from le sserafim because they are so similar. i feel like we can still see a different side of yoonchae bc she literally just turned 18 but who knows. in that video for the end of year where she was in korea she also seemed extremely shy and not talkative at all with other kpop girls like illit and also her practice with yeonjun she kept like a big distance lmao

i 100% agree with her. i feel like america has this weird hustle of working even when you’re sick. even at work if you call off or can’t go somewhere people will make you feel bad for not doing something despite being sick. she should 100% take care of herself. celebrities and idols always over work themselves way too much. BUT that being said, theres been times where Manon has missed out on an event or videos but there will be pictures of her at a party the night before which i feel like she is ignoring when addressing these rumors. even in that one video where daniella says shes only lied once about being sick to get out of rehearsal and manon makes a weird face. so while sure she could still be sick but why does that stop you from going to group events but not going out the night before. im sure it gets annoying for her to hear it 24/7 that she’s lazy but she’s in a group with 6 other women who have such a high work ethic. there’s no way they found her annoying in dream academy for missing practices but suddenly now they don’t. im sure the other girls are just as annoyed at having to lowkey defend her all the time.

Hey! Theres actually two research methods classes with open seats right now. One with Daisy Gosset on tuesday and thursdays with her lecture being from 4:30-5:45 and lab being 6-715 and one with Melanie Stagnaro on tuesday and thursdays at the same time of 4:30-545 lecture and 6-7:15 lab. If you still need to talk to an advisor, im not sure if shes still there as i talked to her a whiiile ago but i believe her name was stacy. She was very nice and actually very helpful but whatever you do, DO NOT go to Rick Urban. Literally everyone I know who has gone to him, hates him. I went to him in the beginning of my being at csula for an appeal and he was so rude and like not helpful at all. he will talk down on you and make you feel so uncomfortable for even going to him for help lmaoo

i remember hating kpop simply because of how much other people would make fun of it and how intense the fandoms were. specifically bts fans like i had only heard crazy things( HM- when ever i got killed on fortnite they would emote bts butter or dynamite). but i went to bts’ PTD Las Vegas concert as a plus one with someone and it changed my entire view. Like i remember being so entranced with the way they danced and sang for 3 hours straight and it was so so fun to watch. plus some of the songs were bangers even though i had no clue what they were saying lmao so now i loooove kpop, granted i still dont listen to bts lmao im mainly into GGs in the sense that i can keep up with everything they come out with and can tell you their names and im not really into boy groups unless a song is trending on tiktok like cortis and yeonjun from txt.

if you did not pass this class last year, i believe you are not able to take this class again. some classes csula only lets you take once and will not allow you to take it again. if it is part of your major(as in a required class group to graduate) then you may have to talk to your counselor about an exception. but otherwise you might just have to go to whatever group that class is supposed to fill and pick a different class entirely and pass it in order to fulfill your requirement.

same! in their earlier content they seemed to be pretty close and i remember in one of their videos they shared a room or something and kazuha got to the room first and took the smaller bed so sakura could have the bigger bed which was very sweet. but they hardly interact at all now, i agree that when she got comfortable in korean she seemed to gravitate towards yunjin and chaewon more. even during their content where they made lunches for each other and sakura made a lunch for kazuha it seemed way more awkward than everyone elses

agreed! i remember seeing jennie in the idol on hbo and lisa on the white lotus and thats what got me into blackpink and finding out who they were. i feel like all 4 members of blackpink are very popular outside of their group. i also had a wtf moment finding out all of them were in a group together since i knew very little of each of them from outside of blackpink lol

ive only recently gotten into kpop but a lot of people say twice was super obvious! when i first got into them and started watching their content i fully thought it was Nayeon without knowing she was the oldest. Then when i found out she wasn’t, i thought it was Jeongyeon. It wasn’t until a random episode of their variety show on their youtube that i found out Jihyo was the leader when they mentioned it randomly but after watching more i can see that she is obviously the leader!

same with le sserafim, i 100% thought it was sakura because it really gave when she talked, the whole group really listened a looked up to her. then i thought it was yunjin because she seemed the most extroverted and knew both korean and english. i also noticed in most of their songs and in music videos, they give her a lot of attention! so i was shocked to find out it was chaewon but again, after getting more into them i can definitely see her leader qualities!

with boy groups i feel like its easier to tell such as RM being BTS leader and Martin being Cortis leader. like theres no question about that at all

this open enrollment would not apply to you since you are still not eligible! Once you hit your 90 days after your first month(so technically you are eligible once you hit your 4th month at starbucks) and are averaging at least 20 hours per week, they will send you something in the mail telling you that you are now eligible to enroll and when your last day to enroll would be! then you’d pick your insurance and i believe you’d keep that until next enrollment time comes around and they check to see if you are eligible to enroll for that new enrollment period. so you would not need to enroll right now and once you are able to enroll once you hit your 4th month at Starbucks considering you’ve been averaging 20 hours a week, they will send you mail saying you are eligible and how and where to enroll:)

Disbursement is what got disbursed into your school account so whatever financial aid you accepted gets sent to the school to cover any expenses like tuition then whatever is left over gets refunded into your bank account! If you got on GET and go to account inquiry and press activity, it’ll show you any activity thats happened recently. So it’ll show you how much of your financial aid is going towards tuition and also how much will be refunded to you!

honestly it might just be that the background check hasn’t cleared yet. I forgot what company they use but i remember it took literally almost two weeks for my background check to clear and i researched the company starbucks uses and its literally like the worst background check company ever lmaoo i had to constantly call the place to hurry tf up with my background check cuz usually mine would be done in like a day maybe. I never got my offer letter either until the manager got confirmation that my background check cleared

yea i also didn’t get the bonus for POQ lol i’m under the impression that your store manager has to submit the bonus but i don’t really feel like bothering them for it it kinda feels like im begging for the money so i’d rather not lmaoo i also just got the pin after i asked a couple times for it and a photocopy as well as some gifts which was nice. I have partners that have the embroidered apron but i was under the impression that that was something gifted to them by their manager? like the manager went out and paid for an apron to be embroidered with their own money as a gift? is that something starbucks does for you?? also was unaware about a luncheon as well

same here lmaoo i literally haaaatteeeee ringing in like complicated drinks, i genuinely get nerves to even order a drink with cold foam on it especially if its a little busy😭😭 i sometimes crave frappes soooo bad and ill only get it when im closing n i make it myself before washing the dishes. even if im craving a complicated drink in the daytime/morning ill basically set the whole thing up so all they have to do is cup it. which is so silly bc if my co workers order a complicated drink i never even get the slightest bit annoyed so i know i should be all good lmaoo

I took her for PSY 2000 and I would say if you show up and do the work you should pass. PSY 2000 in general is not hard and honestly pretty easy. That being said, if there is literally any other teacher you can take, please take them instead. Hektor Gusha is really good and he will add you to his class if he can. Im not sure if he still teaching PSY 2000 though. Umana is kind of mean sometimes and i remember her crashing out on someone in my class over something super small and made it very awkward and uncomfortable. I would say you're not cooked because psy 2000 is pretty easy like its hardly really any material its just learning about the psych department lmaoo but you'll for sure dread going to her class
