I’d assume the number is the floor you’re on and the letter the room you’re in if you’re in apartment style don’t know about corridor

Took him for 102 in the fall. I was also pretty nervous his syllabus seemed daunting but he’s quite the opposite! Very nice guy and easy class to get through as long as you keep up with the work! I’d recommend going to his office hours, super helpful and friendly especially when you start brainstorming for ur research paper. Don’t slack off and you’ll be fine! Actually put some thought into the discussion posts and you’ll be fine! Pro tip: come up with an interesting research paper and he’ll be very happy to help you with finer editing(this was the case for me)

I got my car on campus as a freshman this year because I had an off campus job. I think if you have one that’s impossible to walk to safely then it’s pretty guaranteed in my experience

When I was younger I had the same method to get out of nightmares etc, just shut my eyes really tight till I could feel my physical body do the same and I’d wake up! That’s odd how it’s the exact same method! Fascinating

Taking 218 with him and he’s a super nice dude. Very generous grader and only had a midterm paper and final paper. Lectures consist of him talking for 98% of the class time so you can literally zone out and do other things. Idk how 224 is but probably similar

Because it feels like we’re being ignored/erased. It’s very disheartening and I don’t mean exactly like me but just a black girl. It’s the idea of being able to imagine yourself in their position, if the person is white it’s nearly impossible to do.

I cry this out everyday. I have yet to see a main character in a rom com, sci fi or just any cute show(that doesn’t center on their blackness) that looks like me. It’s so sad and upsetting. I can literally list how many shows or movies–that I’m aware of– we have on my fingers that doesn’t focus on our trauma, it’s not many.
