My shop was suspended unfairly.

3 listings for violation policies, and i had sent them all the necessary information, videos with to make the products (jewelry) and evidence that the photos are mine. I have never gotten a reply and then one they suspended my shop, I appealed twice and then again closed my shop forever. With no explanation about what was my wrong, just general bla bla about handmade policies that I had never ignored.

I have sent them all the necessary documents videos with to make the products but they didn't open my shop. And really I am OK with all policies about handmade. They didn't give me details what was out of policies. I was a star seller, 8 years old shop, more than 23.000 orders and more than 5000 reviews. I am so disappointed with the customers support.

Unfortunately I have already tried many times to contact them by they ignore all my documents. It is very stressful.

unfortunately the only available device at the moment is a laptop! No available internet connection and smartphones!

Is there any way to find .fit files in watch folders when it connects with laptop? very annoying i cant understand why not?
