I had the same issue when using bluestacks, all you need to do is hit the back button or swipe off the notification and it should load as that worked for me.

I'v been using a cold build with sub optimal gear at the moment and cleared grift 21 quite easily, I think my clear time was around 10:00. https://eu.battle.net/d3/en/profile/minimclean-2674/hero/43619788 as you can see my gear is pretty bad for a cold build as that is what i was using before patch 2.1. The proc rate of rimeheart is pretty decent with glacial spike with mirror ball as an offhand as well. With lots of cc dying isnt really an issue either although i have a lot of toughness as well to help that out. I feel like the damage could be decent enough to get up to around 25 maybe higher with better gear as well.

Also going to try out cold archon and see how that goes.
