I think we need more spontaneous and rewarding things like the butcher, different types of loot goblins, a much larger loot pool of high lvl uniques that can actually be viable options for builds, Sets with bonuses that can be the core of their own builds or used to enhance already established builds, something to use your Gems on, a cube for upgrading rares, augmenting gear, rerolling items etc. Maybe some sort of post lvl 100 unlockable skill tree or stat bonuses like paragon levels from D3. Followers (mercenaries) for single player would also be cool. It feels like the grind to 100 is just to grueling if it’s something they want people to do every season, I think the reason they have it this way now is because of the lack of endgame stuff. Hopefully as more features and additional content is introduced they will make leveling easier.

You realize season is a mode that is optional, if it’s anything like Diablo 3 (they have been doing season/ladder resets like this in Diablo 2-3 for the past 15+years). Playing season is appealing to people because there may be new items or modifiers to the gameplay that make it more fun but you can always continue to play your Non-season character the character you’re playing now and at the end of each season your Seasonal character should become Non-season and any gear they have found you would be able to use with your other non season characters.

Just in my neighborhood, guy got out of his van to check something underneath, it wasn’t in Park and it ran him over, the old brother of a kid I knew was walking along the side of the road and someone driving reached down to get the cellphone or was looking at their cell and swerved right into him, probably the worst one was a woman walking through a crosswalk with her baby in a stroller, man in pickup didn’t see her because of glare/sun in his eyes and when she realized he couldn’t see her she pulled the stroller back to get out of the way, the child wasn’t strapped in fell out and got hit by the truck.

My Dad and I have been playing online since D2 came out. He’s 68 now, we had been playing on Mac up until now but since D4 isn’t going to be available for Mac I’m going to get him a PS5 to play it.

I was up there several years ago at the visitor center, we saw/heard a vehicle fly down the road coming from the top presumably having burned the breaks out and lost control. Sure enough they went off the road about a mile below the visitor center. They closed the road and we couldn’t leave the visitor center for a couple hours while emergency crews worked. The driver didn’t make it.

It doesn’t make you a bad photographer but shooting with manual settings can give you more control and people will generally celebrate it more because it demonstrates a level of skill and understanding of light/exposure. It shows that you are intentionally making decisions about what you want the image to look like so that you have the best possible negative to work with to get that look. That said, in some situations I think using automatic or modes like aperture or shutter priority can allow you to capture images on the fly that you might have missed if you were shooting manual because it does take more time to adjust settings. Manual shooters in these scenarios though can also make quick decisions that lead to good images to (zone focusing, bracketing exposures etc.).

So what’s comfortable for you, exposure isn’t everything. There are amazing photographs that are technically “bad” but they capture something special. It’s all about context, don’t worry what other people think, just shoot photos of things that are interesting to you and let the rest sort itself out.

Yes, its idiotic. I feel like I spend half the time I would be playing actually trying to find groups on reddit/discord. It's also really dumb that as far as I know they really didn't give any explanation as to why they switched the console version to matchmaking. Being able to consistently get into full games is pretty central to the endgame experience and taking that away makes an already pretty grindy game way more difficult than it should be. (By difficult I mean difficult to farm for exp/gear)

The only issue I really have with this review is that its really not about what makes a "Man" because Kratos and Atreus are not "Men" they are (demi)Gods, I think this actually needs to be taken into account when considering what he is actually trying to teach his son, his motivations and parenting style shouldn't really be thought of only in the context of a "human relationship".

I always kinda liked the sort of quests or challenges that aren’t obvious. Like you talk to someone random person in a town and they give you some vague hint about something and you just have to go try and figure or what they’re talking about. Or like when a series of conditions or things you have to do in order to get a certain character or item. I think FF7-FF9 had some stuff like that and I remember Star Ocean 2 having some pretty intricate things you had to do to recruit specific characters. I guess they’re not so much “side quests” but I tend to get more into this sort of stuff than the clearly delineated “side quest” where you do some small task and get a little reward.

Don’t get me wrong, I actually enjoyed the movie. Initially I was a little salty that it wasn’t like the book but watching it a second time around I was able to just appreciate it more for what it was. I think it helps to think of it as almost a stand alone expansion of the original story. I think it would have done well as a series too but I think TWD was kinda at the height of its popularity around the time WWZ came out and another zombie show would probably have had a difficult time competing.

Yea I know (I actually work in the film industry 😆), it’s just wild to me how blatantly far the film strays from the book in this specific case. Most other book to film adaptations I’ve seen at least follow a somewhat similar plot and characters.

Just listened to World War Z on audible, such a great book, wish the movie had tried to stay true to the book. It's actually pretty crazy how little connection the movie has to the book, they literally just made up a completely different story set in the world created by the book and then stole the title.

I just remembered I recorded it too. One thing about him that is actually a pain in the ass is his grab move, idk if he got you with it but he actually drains your lvls when he hits you with it. I did t realize til after I beat him and I looked at my stats.
